Do you deliver, set-up, dismantle and collect the equipment?

Yes. For insurance purposes and to ensure the equipment is set up safely and correctly equipment will be set up by a member of our trained team. For these reasons equipment cannot be collected and set up by the hirer nor should equipment be moved after our initial set up.

What time will you arrive?

Outdoor Bookings:

All standard outdoor bookings are delivered before 11:30am where possible. All our routes are worked out geographically and subject to change as bookings are taken and therefore we cannot guarantee any specific delivery (or collection) time. We always try to ensure our standard outdoor deliveries are completed by midday but occasionally delays can occurs beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for this.

Indoor Bookings:

For indoor bookings we Ideally we like to arrive at your venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party. Please bare this in mind when booking your venue as we need time to set us equipment before your guests start to arrive for ease and safety. Longer set up times may be required if you book an exceptionally large play package or where access may make unloading more difficult.

What time will you collect the equipment?

Outdoor Bookings:

All standard outdoor bookings are collected anytime after 6pm again our routes are worked out geographically and specific times cannot be guaranteed.

Indoor Bookings:

We will require the same time to pack your equipment away as was required for setting up so this should be figured in when booking your venue. whilst packing away we need clear access to exit points as some equipment is bulky and heavy, therefore for safety reasons we prefer to do this either before or after your guests start to leave the premises.

Can I hire equipment overnight?

Yes for a surcharge on selected equipment if the location is deemed secure. Please check on the individual product listing for details.

Do I need to provide anything?

Only access to a power supply. Our driver will bring all necessary equipment with him. This will include the equipment that you have hired, safety mats and equipment (were needed), extension cables and the inflation fan where applicable. Our extension leads are 25m long, please tell us if the inflatable will be further away from an electricity supply than this.

How safe are your castles?

As required by law, all our castles are tested annually ensuring they meet current BS/EN14960 regulations and are checked for damage after every hire. In addition to this all our electrical equipment such as blowers and extension cables are PAT tested, again a legal requirement. Copies of certificates are available upon request. 

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry 5 million pounds' worth of public liability cover, however we cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the inflatable is on hire to you where you are responsible for supervision. Our Public Liability covers US against set up faults or faulty equipment etc.

Unless we are personally supervising equipment, such as equipment requiring our staff to stay and operate, you are the sole person responsible for the castle and it's use and therefore should anything happen, you are liable to a claim as the hirer you may therefore wish to cover yourself for the duration of the hire period.
