Terms and Conditions of Hire
If you 'the hirer' are in any doubt as to the meaning of any of the following, a representative from Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables should be consulted.
The hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage of any sort and the behaviour of all persons using the equipment.
The hirer shall not use the equipment for any other purpose than that to which it was supplied or to use the equipment in any unlawful way.
You (the hirer) must adhere to agree to the following condition's when hiring the equipment:
Ensure we have supplied the equipment to you in full working order and in a state of good repair and cleanliness.
Ensuring adequate supervision of children and any vulnerable adults at all times whilst using the equipment as well as keeping any users or spectators away from any associated electrical components.
Ensuring the equipment is not overcrowded and that smaller and larger children take turns using the equipment to avoid injury.
Ensuring the equipment is used correctly as outlined by our staff, do not allow anyone to bounce on the step, climb on the sides or hang over the back of inflatables, this can cause damage, injury or even death. Shoes should be removed along with any spectacles or other sharp objects which could result in injury to others or damage to the equipment.
Ensuring No cigarettes, food or drinks are taken on to the equipment, and that no silly string, party poppers or coloured streamers are used on the equipment.
Ensuring anyone who may be pregnant or have a history of heart, neck or back problems, high blood pressure or any other known medical condition which could be affected do not use the equipment.
Ensuring the inflatable is not used in high winds or wet conditions, in these cases the inflatable should be switched off immediately. After rain showers, any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with the aid of a towel.
Ensuring equipment is not moved or adjusted after our initial set up for whatever reason. Damage or injury caused as a result of this will become your liability.
Ensuring any related safety equipment is used at all times and in the correct manner as indicated by staff members.
Ensuring full care is taken of any equipment supplied to you, any damaged equipment will be assessed and you may be liable for repair or replacement if we feel it has been caused by neglect. The cost of any missing equipment will be recovered from you the hirer in all cases.
Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and or alcohol.
Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables exclude any liability for loss, damage or injury caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Provided that the equipment is used accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the equipment should do so safely, however, accidents can happen and Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables cannot accept liability for injuries or any other loss sustained in the absence of negligence of Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables or its employees. Whilst the equipment is in the hirers possession and control any liability for loss, damage or injury where Bouncy Bouncy Inflatable are not directly or indirectly responsible rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommend the the hirer has adequate suitable public liability of their own covering them for the duration of the hire period.
By making a booking with us (Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables) you declare you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions of hire as set out above as well as agreeing to follow any relevant operating and safety instructions outlined both in this contract or supplied with the equipment.
